AirTV Oscars

The AirTV Oscars has been a hugely popular annual tradition for AirTV in recent years, drawing large crowds to celebrate the best films made by Stirling students each academic year.

Since 2006, the Oscars has been held in the Macrobert Arts Centre on the University of Stirling's campus. Screened in the grand Macrobert Mainhouse (built for a capacity of over 450), the nominated short films are shown in succession, followed by the presentation of the awards and Oscar statuettes to the winning film-makers, actors, and crew members behind the films. The audience is also given the opportunity to vote for their favourite film to win the much-coveted People's Choice Award.

The AirTV Oscars 2011 will be held in May in the Macrobert Arts Centre

Details on how to submit your film and the entry requirements will be released in due course.
